My name is Alejandro Garcia Salinas, I am currently incarcerated and facing a "LIFE" sentence due to wrong choices I've made in life. My Charge is drug conspiracy, but note there was no Life, liberty or property harmed as a result of my actions nor was there any drugs involved. I am not saying I'm innocent that is why I took a plea deal but I am facing a life sentence because of an erroneous approach I took in Court, and all for following the miss-guidance of scam artists who are on the outside taking advantage of inmates. This is my first time ever being incarcerated other than 15 days in county if you consider that time.
I have been is custody since September 9th 2009, things have not gone easy for me. Since I have been here I have lost 3 family members who have died. I lost my wife, she stuck it out until I got sentenced, but I understood it would have been selfish for me to have her wait on me having this life sentence I now face. I won't even mention the financial and material loss because it has no importance. What did hurt was that in the process of losing all my possessions, there was people who I considered close and dear to me who were involved in helping take my possessions and savings. On top of that it was so obvious because not only did they get over on me but also disappeared from my life leaving me to face this lonely journey of incarceration. As the saying goes " Once a tree is down there still comes the ax to split the tree of it's remaining wood "
Even Though incarceration has brought much hardships, I have not become bitter over this. I have learned to face adversities and handle myself well in the midst of my problems. I can thank all the programming I have been involved in, North Mecklenburg's Re-Entry program and the Challenge program where I am housed today and part of. Thanks be to the One and only who died for me and through His death gave me the courage and victory to overcome.
My first attorney who's name I would rather not mention out of respect had told me that if I took a plea deal he could negotiate a sentence of five years, this he based off of two former clients of his who had similar charges like mine whom he was able to get them this time. I signed a timely 10 - LIFE plea and I gave the government no guff, nor did a play hard ball with them. I held on to the hope of receiving 5-10 years for a long 18 months. It was very disappointing for me to hear from this first attorney that something had went wrong and he did not understand why they did not want to go no less than 18 to 20 years on my sentence. I later dismissed this attorney because he represented another individual who wrote a statement against me I seen this on my Pre-Sentence Report when I got it several months after taking the plea. I truly believe this attorney induced into taking this plea unknowingly, so that I would not make to choice to proceed to trial.
This because my attorney represented another individual who testified against me and if my case were to proceed to trial this would cause a conflict because the attorney would not have been able to represent us both in trial. With the attorney knowing from the beginning made him coerce me into an involuntary plea. I would have rather proceeded to trial, the consequences of losing trial would not have matters any worse being that I got a life sentence after signing a plea agreement. My first attorney was dismissed as a result of this.
Both my ex-wife and I have done time she had a hired Attorney named Emmanuel West who represented her, but never showed up to her court sentencing hearing. we were so mad about that, but even in the immigration case court records can show that when she had her court in Massachusetts Emmanuel West represented her through phone. Afterwards this attorney came and visited me in Charlotte, North Carolina. I told him how wrong it was for him to have not showed up in my ex-wife's court dates being that he had been paid 30,000 thousand dollars for that. Emmanuel west said in return for not showing up for her, he would help me on my case. After I dismissed my first attorney this was my second attorney who represented me, Court Records will also show how difficult it was to have him make appearances in court, I ended up firing Mr. Emmanuel West because he lied on record about how much money had paid to him.
As you can see, I haven't had good experiences with my former paid attorneys, but I only mentioned all this to bring you down to my main point and purpose of this letter. In my disappointment with my attorney I began to seek other forms of help, As I had mentioned before sometime in March of 2011 I was moved over to Caldwell County North Carolina for sentencing but while all the confusion went on of dismissing attorneys and attempting to withdrawal my plea agreement I met other inmates in Caldwell county who were on this "Sovereign Movement" but they kept it such a secret as if we was dealing with something illegal or committing a crime by studying this. I see now that it might as well be a crime because of all the false information and brainwashing involved in this.
One of the individuals told me about a man out of Charlotte N.C that goes by Amur Mashug, at least this is what he called himself, (his study packet reads Amur Mashug son of a widow mother). Through this website I would like to unmask what people like Amur Mashug do in their ambition and greed to take advantage on defenseless inmates who are behind bars to do anything about situations like these. I was given the number to this Amur Mashug, I called him on the county phone, when I spoke to him he shared his many success stories in helping other inmates discharge their charges, he mentioned how uncomfortable he was speaking through this phone so we agreed to communicate through friend and family.
I will mention also that I was not the only one that Amur Mashug was working with in Caldwell County. I will mention these three other individuals only because I personally know their disappointment and dis-illusionment they went through by getting their and their family's hopes up with this individual. Also the high fee they paid getting nothing but trouble in return. For one he did do some work his name is Mark Dorsey the 3rd and the other two Kenneth Lee Travis and Charles Davis he did no work at all for them, but only took their deposit. Amur Mashug sent all four of us power of attorney letters to sign and return to him, and our initial deposits ranging anywhere from 1,000 - 2,000 dollars. Amur Mashug filled some documents out and sent Executor letters to IRS, The San Juan Puerto Rico Treasury, Governor Bev Perdue, and other agencies, he also sent executor letters to both my sentencing Judge Richard Voorhees and the District attorney.
Amur Mashug sent me a 27 page packet titled "HOW THE EXECUTOR LETTER WORKS" In this packet it teaches you that your all capitol lettered name is an ESTATE and that you are the Executor of this capitol lettered Estate. It teaches you that it is your fiduciary duty to protect the Estate and all it's assets and stop anybody on their tracks who try to administer the Estate with out your delegated written authority or consent. It also fills you in on the whole history of the Estate and when the fraud and/or intrusion upon the Estate first occurred which supposedly was at your birth, and the first contract was your birth certificate. We were suppose to step up into the Executor Office as the holder and occupant of the all capitol letter name, In a phone conversation I had with Amur he stressed the point of how I should not allow the courts to appoint me an attorney because that would be contracting with the Courts, and how I should go in the Court and represent my self as a Sui-juris. Amur also told me that I should not engage in any other conversations other than demand the written authority of the all capitol name Estate. Pretty much the same thing this packet techs that you never answer a Court official's questions but rather return with another question as an answer.
The Executor letter packet teaches you a number of things, to include getting rid of unwanted credit card debt, garnished wages and even parental custody. All this is to be resolved by a simple letter letting the " Executor de son tort" which means one who assumes ownership with out the consent of the real exactor. By returning their bill, or bill of indictment you are letting them know that the Executor Office is now occupied and they cannot assume your office to be abandoned. This is suppose to make bills disappear and court cases worthless to pursue. The worst thing of all this was that this packet taught you how to into these courts and defend yourself it even gives examples of how to word this. the only problem is that we are to honor the court and the Judge, so when you decide to go in there as the Executor of the all capitol name estate uttering out all the foolishness this packet teaches, you are saying the Judge nor the United States laws and statutes have no authority and no jurisdiction over you. You are saying you broke the law and because or what you believe you can continue to break laws and statutes and get away with it. Believe me when I say Judges are not going to allow this neither are the taxpayers who pay to keep the streets of America safe . You also have to use demandive words that make you seem like you are in dishonor of the judge and court officials, and disrespectful as well ( This is why many times you will see many escorted out of court by court officials because they could not control their temper and exploded in anger putting them in dishonor).
I was sentenced on December 5th 2012, I studied this packet day and night until sentencing date came around. With the help of Amur Mashug and this packet he sent me I was sentenced to life for acting out this foolishness. No matter how honorable and polite I intended to be there was no way around using those demandive words the courts took this as Immaterial, inappropriate, frivolous, un-inteligible, luckily I was not hit with obstruction or tazed by court officials.
After I was sentenced to Life, Amur Mashug called my ex-wife and other family members saying he had seen the news and read how I had been hit with a life sentence. He sent word to uplift me and not to get down because he still things in control and for me not to worry and to just be patient. All the meanwhile still asking for more money from my brother in Texas, it really breaks my heart just to think of my poor family having their hopes up with this individual and specially my bother from Texas who flew out on a couple different occasions paying for flight ticket and other expenses. My brother sent this man money to his re-charge card and paid a couple of bills for him over the phone with his credit card. When my brother came to Charlotte North Carolina to visit this man he would tell me how he always found him drunk and he looked very unprofessional. Amur would tell him his success stories and he would even call a friend of his, he supposedly discharged this man's charges and got out him out of Federal Custody from a Mississippi Prison. This man Amur would call and hand the phone over to my brother so he could explain and decorate how great Amur was. My bother and I suspected it was all pre-planed.
After my brother caught on to what this man was doing he began to pressure him to make something happen and show that he was doing something. Amur began to give my brother the run-around, purposely ignoring phone calls because some calls he'd allow to ring, others he'd turn of his phone. I sent friends and family members to locate him, but he refused to answer the door on them. They drove all the way to Charlotte just to have this man ignore them by not opening the door, they knew he was there because someone peeped out the curtains. It came down, that one day Amur decides to call my brother saying the Federal Agents was hot on his trail and he had to move so he needed some money, but my brother after seeing how much he been ducking and dodging told Amur he would not pay him one more dollar until he seen some actual work done on my case. After this Amur switched locations, never answered his phone and run off leaving my life and several others a disaster.
Now that I am here in Prison it turns out this Amur Mashug is a scam artist who takes calls from inmates acting as if he's interested in helping but with the motive to take your family's hard earned money. He is well known by others as well because I met an individual named Antonio Dovine who say's he was a victim of this man's scam, he also went into Court speaking this foolishness and resulting in a disastrous outcome of 140 years.
I was before one of the most lenient Judges of the North Carolina Western District area, Judge Richard Voorhees and for depending on Amur's advice to represent myself and the information in the study packet I ruined my chance of freedom. I have included this packet of "How the Executor Letter works" so the public may see how easy it is for any body to fall and be fooled by this. It is funny that Amur Mashug treated my family and friends the same way the originator of this study packet named David Clarence treated a client of his, whom he was helping. Rip off report .Com has the details but I have included a copy of that as well. I have included my sentencing transcripts to prove how ineffective this approach was in Court. I have also Included all filings sent by Amur Mashug to the Courts.
As a bible study teacher that I am here in prison, I have put together a quick bible study to prove this so called " Sovereign
Movement" is in error. For those who know the Bible we know that only God is Sovereign and He is the first and only one who gives out laws. James 4:12 say's " There is one Lawgiver" He gave us laws statutes and decrees to carry out and obey. He made us to be worshipers, because when we do not worship God we will worship anything else, money, women, hobbies, act.
Romans 13 says the following:
Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring Judgment on themselves.
As you can see from president's, judges to correctional officers they are there because God has put them there in that position. Ask yourself these questions: What would you do if God put you in the Oval office as president? would you legalize things that are now considered illegal? What about if you was the Judge, Would you corrupt justice by accepting bribes and making preferences on people who have money, or color, or race? What about that correctional officer, would you allow all the contraband that would pollute prisoners minds and not let them rehabilitate as they should?
1st Peter 2:13-14 say's the following: " Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake
When you are incarcerated (or in Babylon as others call it) whether you realized it or not but you are submitted to authority when you are told what to eat, and when to eat, what to wear, where to sleep, and when to sleep. When you send letters to the court it is call submitting, that why we put at the end respectfully submitted. It may seem bad to some but it is God's process of humbling us. There is nothing wrong with a little humbling in our lives, God say's in James 4:8 that He will exalt the humble. Never will you find in the Bible a Sovereign Israelite or Sovereign Christian, they was all under God's Laws, statutes, decrees, and codes. When they did decide to rebel against God's laws they was turned over to other authorities that did not follow God's ways like the Egyptians, Assyrians, and King Nebuchadnezzar from Babylonians of Chaldea. Same with us who are disobedient to God's laws of love we are turned over to state of Federal custody and taken captives to Babylonia.
Accepting Authority is a normal part of life, it starts with God's first and foremost, but also you have other forms of authority couls be your employer, or a child to his parents authority and house rules, even women are to submit to their husbands. Ephesians 5:22 say's "wives submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord" everywhere we go we argoing tona be subject to some type of rules or instructions because we was made for this to worship which involves taking a knee and putting selfishness and pride aside. God knows how much I desire to live under the authority of my loving parents or my ex-wife when I was prohibited from coming home late, drinking, and hanging out with bad company and negative influences.
I pray this offends no one and I do it with the intention to help others who have been victims of scams and to prevent others into falling for such foolishness. If anything I do what God tells me which is this in Titus 3:1 say's " remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work. That's what I'm doing here, reminding others and putting my example out there so you may see how disastrous these approaches in court can end up. Hopefully I can prevent others from falling into the hands oscammingng individuals like Amur Mashug. I will provide his information below so others can be aware and spread the word around how he has done others and myself. This teachings are very deceitful and if for some reason they happen to be true don't choose jail to all of a sudden want to become sovereign. From personal experience I have seen people sit in here years talking about how they are going home soon and very cautious of how they talk or answer officials, believing that they will create a contract from an innocent conversation. They pretty much go crazy over this saying that at 3 o'clock midnight thMarshallsls will come and escort them letting them free, they get so brainwashed from this that they let their appeals and other opportunities go, but when time sinks in and the years of incarceration consumes them you can see the defeat all in their faces odisappointmentnt. I pray no one has to go through this, it was very hard for me to accepwhattt Amur done to me, and even harder to get up-rooted off this belief. don't make the same mistake a i made study the law and use words that the court actually will recognize.
I truly regret ever having gotten mixed in with this Amur Mashug and taking his advice as well as his packet he sent me, I am not seeking pity from anybody, i put this together for to help prevent others from falling for scam artists out there ripping inmates off and not to ruin your chance at freedom by going into these courts and ticking off Judges with this or other similar court defenses. Today I find myself in prison programming and getting the best out what this penitentiary has to offer, I am a Re-entry Clerk helping others with their upcoming releases and providing helpful resources for their areas, as well typing job resumes and social security card forms for inmates. I am part of the the challenge program and have attained my GED here. I still have a couple of good things going such as an appeal that is in Courts today and a Clemency petition to the president. I ask if this letter touched anybody's heart please help not only me but other inmates who have fallen for scams like these, many people have went into court speaking this and gotten themselves in a world of a mess. You can write letters to the sentencing committee or to Eric holder to help us inmates who have been victimized and fooled by scams like these and they will hopefully do something about this. If it is in you heart to help me I will write down my judges name and court address as well as the new Pardon attorney Deborah Leff and Mr. James Cole.
